We are seeking a Working Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations on medium to large-scale projects and maintenance works. This role is pivotal in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Not FIFO and no relocation.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise site crews and subcontractors to ensure efficient and safe project execution.
• Coordinate daily site activities, resources, and schedules.
• Promote a strong safety-first culture and compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor quality control, conduct inspections, and resolve on-site issues.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and customers to ensure smooth delivery.
  
  

What You’ll Bring:

• Trade qualification (Cert III in Mechanical Engineering or Fabrication).
• Proven supervisory experience in project environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and industry codes (ASME, API, ASTM).
